The population is set on certified teaching staff in the study area of Electronics and Electrical engineering in 104 school year. The questionnaire survey method is conducted and sampling randomly in tiers is adopted among 19 schools. Totally, 359 questionnaires are sent out. After the questionnaires are recovered and compiled, a conclusion is drawn, aligned with the data ananlysis of the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, stepwise multiple regression and so on. The following is the research result: 1. Teachers in technical senior high schools have reached the cognitive level of “Agree” for the Vocational Recycling Program II. 2. Teachers in technical senior high schools have reached the level of “Agree” on coping strategy for the Vocational Recycling Program II. 3. Teachers in the Department of Electronics show highest comprehension of the “Flexibilty of the Curriculum” for the Vocational Recycling Program II. 4. Teachers who are over 50 years old and possess master (including 40-credit master programs) or doctoral degrees express the highest level of the coping strategy on “School-featured program” for the Vocational Recycling Program II. 5. Teachers from the Department of Electronics and the Department of Computer Science indicate the highest level of the coping strategy on “Applying rescources” for the Vocational Recycling Program II. 6. Teachers from the southern area of Taiwan have the highest level of the coping strategy on “Creative teaching” for the Vocational Recycling Program II. 7. Teachers with better understanding the concept of “Selecting talents through practical examination” are more capable of using coping strategies. Liao,Chin-Wen 廖錦文 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 176 zh-TW
