Four empirical studies from five major databases in English were analyzed through the two-step screening procedures. These studies were analysed by coding method and indicated that a total of ten participants join the process but was not clearly classified the types of cerebral palsy. Furthermore, this study investigated that most of the studies were (1) published between 1990 and 1999, (2) adopting single-subject multiple baseline design method, (3) the intervention was explicit instruction and dominated by teachers, and (4) applying speech generated device (SGD) as the AAC device. As a result, AAC interventions showed a strong improvement on participants' expressing communication behaviour due to the high influence level. Ming-Chung Chen 陳明聰 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW
