The research methods mainly use the narrative method of qualitative researches to collect, integrate and analyze the data. After Interviewed with 6 junior high school teachers, we focus on the following conclusions: First, the mentality of surplus teachers can be divided into five phases. Second, the surplus teachers have multiple strategies to face the problems. Third, the surplus teachers have different emotional adjustments to count the difficult. Fourth, the surplus problem fully affect the surplus teacher's value identity of work. Fifth, the surplus problem dramatically changes fun, attention and preparation of the work for surplus teachers.
