The sample included 350 electrical and languages cluster students in Taipei city. A questionnaire was developed to collect data and descriptive statistics, person’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The major conclusions of the study were summarized as followings: 1. Language cluster students’ reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation and reading anxiety was above the middle level. 2. Language cluster students’ reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation and reading anxiety was significantly correlated to their learning outcome. 3. Language cluster students’ reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation and reading anxiety had a significant effect on their learning outcome. According to the conclusion above, this study provides suggestions for education administration authorities, schools, and vocational high schools on topics of teaching, Language cluster students and future research.
