How to make employees happy has become one of the most important tasks in modern company. On this account, how to increase employee well-being in order to reduce employee turnover is a critical issue. Research shows that employee well-being and organizational commitment are closely correlated. Moreover, employees’ turnover intension can be lowered by increasing employee well-being and organizational commitment. This research discusses the correlation among employee well-being, organizational commitment and turnover intention from all walks of life in order to further understand employee retention. In this research, a questionnaire survey method is selected. There are 212 valid responses from a sample of employees in general companies. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results are listed below: (1) Employee well-being show significant positive impact on the organizational commitment. (2) Organizational commitment show significant negative impact on the turnover intention. (3) Employee well-being show significant negative impact on the turnover intention. (4) Organizational commitment is a complete mediator between employee well-being and turnover intention.
