The study was conducted through questionnaire survey. The 220 valid samples (The valid rate was 95%.)were selected from the resource class teachers of various elementary schools in Taipei City. “The questionnaire for working stress and emotional management of the resource class teachers in elementary schools” was designed by the researcher. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The major findings of this study were summarized as followed: 1.The sense of working stress of the resource class teachers in elementary schools in Taipei City reached the medium level; The sense of emotional management of the resource class teachers in elementary schools in Taipei City was medium but toward high. 2.The resource class teachers working stress made a difference by different personal variables (age, a professional title, exercisehabit,School Organizational Climate.) 3.The resource class teachers emotional management made a difference by different personal variables (sex, exercise habit.) 4.There was significant negative correlation between job stress and emotional management of the resource class teachers in elementary schools in Taipei City. 張世彗 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 163 zh-TW
