Enterprises job training contents and methods would affect training effectiveness, and the degree of effectiveness can be measured whether organization achieve scheduled goals to affect job performance. This study aims at the relationship to further discussion. This study mainly discusses whether various ways of job training affect job performance of primary supervisor, and inspects the moderating effect of person-job fit, person-organization fit on the relationship between job training and job performance. This study use questionnaire survey procedure, collecting 238 questionnaires from enterprises primary supervisor and 176 effective samples. The results show as followings: 1. The various jobs training satisfaction are significantly positively related to job performance. 2. Person-organization fit moderated the relationship between the frequency of job training and job performance.
