These factors cause loss in personnel for the institutes and become an obstacle for quality improvement in educational child care.The research examined a franchise of child educational institute in Taiwan. The research background is based on the current status of this institute. Leadership stlyes, employee job satisfaction and job performance were investigated through questionnaires. The statistical analysis of the questionnaires demonstrated the following: 1.The supervisors’ transformational leadership in child educational institute had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. 2.The supervisors’ transactional leadership in child educational institute had a significant positive effect on job performance. 3.The employee job satisfaction in child educational institute had a significant positive effect on job performance.
