Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 106 === The purposes of this study were to understand the status of junior high school students’ cognition and infringement behaviors towards internet copyrights, to investigate the differences between the cognition of internet copyrights with different student backgrounds, and to understand the correlation between the cognition of internet copyrights and infringement behaviors. This study adopted the method of questionnaire survey. The sample of this research were 8,449 students selected from 15 public junior high schools in Hsinchu City, and adopts a self-designed questionnaire “A Study on Relationships of Junior High School Student's Cognition and Infringement Behaviors towards Internet Copyrights” as a research tool. The data were analyzed from the methods of description statistics, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The conclusions of this research were summarized as following: 1.There are significant differences in the cognition of internet copyright among different schools, and there is no significant difference in the cognition of internet copyright between different genders, parents’ educational level and average daily online time. 2.Significant positive correlation is found among the cognition of internet copyrights and decrease infringement intention. 3.Significant positive correlation is found among the cognition of internet copyrights and reduce infringement behaviors. 4.Significant predictive power is found among infringement intention and infringement behaviors. The results and the conclusions of this study provide several recommendations to the educational administrators and schools, teaching practice, and the relative studies in the future.
