The study field is in a Special Education School in Taichung, Taiwan and the research subjects are students with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities. Researcher integrates wool felt crafts into vocational education courses for many years. In the process it's often observed that students have significant learning improvements between the beginning and the end of the course. This study intends to observe the situation of teaching students in class and interview with teachers involved in this experience course, through literature review, data analysis, etc. to present student's learning progression. The study found that students in the wool felt experience course, due to structured teaching and enhancement strategies, are able to gain positive experiences, thereby enhancing learning motivation and strengthening self-cognition and expression ability. Thus, the study suggests that the experience learning course is suitable for the development of vocational concepts for students with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities as a basis for future employment.
