These problems make individuals feel burdened with the role of the work, and psychologically produces a sense of crisis consequently. In the workplace, there may be a tendency to retreat and produce a middle-aged crisis. The awareness of this crisis can easily lead to job insecurity and burnout, both of which can have a negative impact on the organization. However, the positive psychology of facing and dealing with stress is a research area that has been highly regarded by academics and enterprises in recent years. Among them, resilience is the ability to adapt positively to setbacks, and self-efficacy is the belief that one can accomplish certain things. Taken together, the main purpose of this study is to explore the interplay among middle-aged crisis, job insecurity, job burnout, resilience, and self-efficacy, and explore its relevance. This study focused on workplace workers, adopted a simple random sampling survey, issued a total of 320 questionnaires with 285 valid samples, and used SPSS for Windows 20.0 and LISREL 8.71 software analysis tools to analyze the reliability of the sample content and structure. Analysis of the equation model (SEM) shows that: (1) The degree of middle-aged crisis and the degree of job insecurity are positively correlated; (2) The degree of middle-aged crisis and the degree of job burnout are positively correlated; (3) The degree of job insecurity and the degree of resilience are negatively correlated; (4) The degree of job burnout and the degree of resilience are not affected; (5) The degree of resilience and the degree of self-efficacy are positively correlated; (6) The degree of middle-aged crisis and the degree of self-efficacy are negatively correlated. Finally, this study also provides practically relevant intervention plans and recommendations based on the above results. Lin, Yao-Nan 林耀南 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW
