We have found that turnover tendencies are closely related to employees'' perceptions of Corporate External reputation, Perceived Over Qualification, and Counterproductive Work Behavior. In Taiwan, the Foodservice industry has experienced a wide range of Perceived Over Qualification, however, not much research has been conducted in this area. Additionally, Perceived Over Qualification is a phenomenon that occurs frequently with Fresh Graduates. Therefore, in this study, our research subjects are Fresh Graduates. We explore the relationship between Corporate External Reputation and the impact it has on Perceived Over Qualification, Counterproductive Work Behavior, and Turnover Intention. The research method adopts convenient sampling and uses questionnaires to collect data from these subjects. A total of 430 questionnaires were sent out, with 365 valid questionnaires returned. The questionnaires were then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). We found that Corporate External reputation has a significant impact on Perceived Over Qualification and Job Satisfaction; Perceived Over Qualification has a significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention; Job Satisfaction also has a significant impact on Turnover Intention.
