This study is based on the purposeful sampling method. This study used single-subject and multiple probe design across situations to explore the effect of use play instruction to improve children with developmental delay in peer relationships. Play instruction is a fixed time three times a week, forty minutes each, the first thirty minutes for the game teaching activities, the last ten minutes for the situation free game time, observe the behavior of the participants interacting with peers. The researcher analyzed the data with induction after collecting them. To explore the course and result of play instruction. The major research findings were as following: First, play instruction activities can help toddler with development delay improve their relationship with other peers in the ordinary class. Second, play instruction teaching in different situations to improve the development of the development of children's peer relationship is stable and stable.
