Enterprises often face the problem of employee turnover. Therefore, employees’ organizational commitment to corporate has always been valued. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to discuss the relationship between emotional intelligence, peer relationships, bonus satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The research object of this study is the large-scale cosmetology industry in the central region, which is mainly based on quantitative verification. Based on previous literature research, a hypothesis is formed and verified. The method of verification is questionnaire survey. The research samples are the company’s newcomers who within a year and a half of seniority. The independent variable was emotional intelligence. The dependent variable was organizational commitment. Bonus satisfaction and the peers relationship were the moderators. A total of 111 valid questionnaires were recovered from the questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence, bonus satisfaction and peer relationships have a positive impact on organizational commitment. In addition, bonus satisfaction and the peers relationship do not play the role of moderators between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment which confirms the existence of a regulation effect. Based on the above research results, this study considers that it is necessary to increase the employee''s organizational commitment to the company by raising the emphasis on the employee''s emotional intelligence, the degree of perfection of the salary bonus system, and the emphasis on the employee''s interpersonal relationship. 王精文 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 66 zh-TW |
