Among these enterprises, “Talent" is one of the most important core competitiveness that affects business organizations. Therefore, “Talent” competition has also become an important index that affects the success or failure of enterprises. Business organizations need to find the right method, under limited resources, and leverage these talents to ensure the effective achievement of strategic goals. The key point to an enterprise success is to establish a systematic talent assessment and talent development system to identify which candidates are worthy of further investment and development in the organization, and how to enhance the internal talent cultivation capabilities of the company. This research is based on the case Company, Company A as my research target, analyzes the practical application of the talent review with 9-box grid. My thesis explains the complete practical operation process of Company A which using 9-box grid for talent review. The purpose of this thesis is to provide practical advice for corporate organizations to enhance the effectiveness of talent review. This thesis consists of five parts. The first is about the introduction of this research, followed by a review of relevant literature theories. The relevant literature referenced in this study includes talent management, performance appraisal, and potential. At the same time, it also provides detailed explanations for the introduction and use of talents for the 9-box grid. The thesis analyzes the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Company A's talent review for the 9-box grid, and proposes corresponding recommendations for Company A. The last, this research proposes the following overall recommendations for the effectiveness of Company A in upgrading its talent grid. 1. The long-term goals and strategies of the organization will determine the direction of talent review. 2. Choose the right objective performance assessment method. 3. Apply a variety of assessment methods to assess potential. 4. Establish a talent development system to enhance the effectiveness of talent review.
