The resilience of employees is even more important. Resilience allows individuals to face the dilemma crisis in the workplace. It can also be optimistic and positive, create higher job performance, and how organizations can create organizations. Fairness enables employees to understand that the organization is fair, that they can receive expected and fair feedback, and thus interfere with the relationship between resilience and job performance. This research object is the manufacturing industry, which is the main issue target. A total of 400 questionnaires were issued. After deducting the invalid questionnaire, the effective number of samples was 300. Validation factor analysis, correlation analysis, and class regression analysis were used to verify the study. Assumptions. The results of the study found that: Resilience has a significant positive relationship with job performance &Organizational justice has a significant effect on resilience and job performance.
