The object selection of the interviews was based on parents, childhood teachers, and care givers who served the first line of direct care of children, and the principal. The purpose of this study is to discuss the educational service personnels from different levels, who will personally narrate their feelings and opinions in different positions, who are in agreement with each other, or who are totally different with them. However, they all respond to the care giving staff at the base level,and they can give good and precious practical advice in advance. Through literatures review and discussion of the contents, we collected relevant data on the professional development of early education service personnel, and analyzed and summarized the problems encountered by care givers with the way of storytelling. Early educators’ awareness of professional development, attitude and level of effort, and self-assessment of early education professional knowledge, and recommendations, including: planning combined with theory and practice of diversified courses,quality-based training is the key of professional growth, grants and counselling for the professional development of “environment-based” education, and the development of a sound early education policy, expects that the professional growth of the education and care givers will receive more and more appropriate care. Parents can choose kindergartens and can entrust children to the care givers with peace of mind.
