The questionnaire consisted of five parts: grit, corporate culture, career satisfaction, employee assistance programs, and basic personal information. Employees who are currently employed were the focus of the research. The survey method was an online electronic questionnaire which was first distributed on November 2nd 2017. A total of 154 valid questionnaires were recovered and analyzed using sample analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and analysis of variance. The research findings show that: (1) Organizational factors such as corporate culture and employee assistance programs positively influence employee grit; (2) Staff grit, corporate culture and employee assistance programs positively influence employee career satisfaction; (3) Different types of corporate culture influence satisfaction with employee assistance programs; (4) Corporate culture and employee assistance programs indirectly influence staff career satisfaction through grit; corporate culture indirectly influences staff career satisfaction through employee assistance programs; (5) Differences in personal attributes (such as seniority in current job, company size, marital status and position etc.) are associated with significant differences in employee assistance programs, grit and career satisfaction. In light of the research results, this study also proposes implications for management which are discussed in detail. Bih-Shiaw Jaw 趙必孝 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 109 zh-TW
