Single subject analysis with multiple-probe design across subjects was the main research method. The independent variable was the system of multimedia computer assisted instruction, and the dependent variable was learning effect of mathematics. The participants were three elementary school students with mathematics underachievement. The baseline data was collected by the fraction assement test before the intervention. The intervention was taught by fraction concept learning and examine immediately. The maintain assessment data was collected after a week of the intervention. In the study, line graph and visual analysis were used to explain the results and the learning effects. The results of the study were summarized as followings: 1. This study’s multimedia computer assisted instruction take good effect to rising whole correct rate on fraction concept learning for students with mathematics underachievement. It has learning effect immediately and remains learning effect. 2. This study’s multimedia computer assisted instruction take good effect to rising correct rate of continuous quantity on fraction concept learning for students with mathematics underachievement. It has learning effect immediately and remains learning effect. 3. This study’s multimedia computer assisted instruction take good effect to rising correct rate of discrete quantity on fraction concept learning for students with mathematics underachievement. It has learning effect immediately and remains learning effect. According to the results of the study, some recommendation for teachers and further studies in the future were made.
