Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 106 === ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study is to explore the effects of deviant behavior on teacher-student relationship, peer relationship and academic achievement for 5th and 6th graders. This study is conducted by questionnaires. The participants of this study are 346 students from an elementary school in Kaohsiung City;325 questionnaires are received, equaling an effective response rate of 95.3 % and after the collecting questionnaire data with SPSS18 statistical software. The statistical methods of this study include descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson''s product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1.There is a significant difference of the deviant behaviors among elementary school higher graders, which boys are higher than girls. There is a significant difference of peer relationship among elementary school higher graders, which girls are higher than boys. There is a significant difference in family structure of the deviant behaviors and academic achievement among elementary school higher graders. 2.There is a significant positive correlation between peer relationship and academic achievement, teacher-student relationship and peer relationship. There is a significant negative correlation between deviation behaviors and teacher-student relationship, deviation behaviors and peer relationship. There is no significant correlation between deviant behaviors and academic achievement, teacher-student relationship and academic achievement. 3.The deviant behaviors among elementary school higher graders show a significantly negative influence on teacher-student relationship. The deviant behaviors among elementary school higher graders show a significantly negative influence on peer relationship. The peer relationship among elementary school higher graders shows a significantly positive influence on academic achievement. Finally, according to the above findings of this study, this study provides suggestions for teachers in class management and future researchers.
