The study mainly relied on qualitative research and partial quantitatively analysis. Through data collections and analysis with reflections of a researcher, teaching observation, students’ interview and a feedback questionnaire, records of teachers’ discussion, Criterion-Referenced Test and Nom-Referenced Evaluation scores of students as descriptive statistics datum and Triangulation, the findings are as follows. The research results showed that Adler’s viewpoint of encouragement could inspire student’s motivation of learning and increase all students’ competitive capability in both English schoolwork and a contest. In a short time, peers, a teacher, the self-encouragements and cooperate with a homeroom teacher were good ways to study English well. It can also improve high-achievers’ learning attitude and have scored remarkable success in their English competition and inspire low-achievers’ learning motivation and effect. The skills of encouragement help a teacher to conduct a better English learning atmosphere and promote a teacher Professional Development and Positive Peer Social Interactions. Finally, some recommendations based on the findings of the study were provided as a reference for English teachers and future studies of related themes.
