Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === This study mainly focuses on the relationships among corporate social responsibility perception perception, employees’ organizational identification, and job engagement. Meanwhile, the mediating effect of organizational identification between corporate social responsibility perception and job engagement will be explored. The questionnaire survey was used to collect data . According to the purpose of the study and the research hypothesis, the questionnaire survey is used to collect data from employees in different industries. There are total 329 valid questionnaires collected. The analyses of descriptive statistics, confirmatory factors analysis, correlation, multiple regression analysis and Bootstrap method are used to explore the relationships among variables. The research results showed as follows: 1.The corporate social responsibility has a significantly positive impact on the perceived response of organizational identification. 2.The organizational identification has a significantly positive impact on the job engagement. 3.The corporate social responsibility has a significantly positive impact on the job engagement. 4.The organizational identification has a partially mediating effect between corporate social responsibility and job engagement. Based on the results of study, there are some concrete conclusions and suggestions provided as references for industry and future study.
