Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 107 === This study is mainly to discuss the correspondences of Psychological empowerment between Organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviors. This study is based on the assumption that organizational commitment is variable factor. The more psychological empowerment, the higher corporatized employees have organizational commitment for school and higher organizational citizenship behaviors. In this study, by conducting a survey on corporatized employees receives 432 valid questionnaires. By using of SPSS Version 22 statistical analysis system, this statistical analysis system evaluates the structure of survey overall, and analyses the effects of organizational commitment. The empirical results are as follow: I. The relation between Psychological empowerment and Organizational citizenship behaviors are positivity. II. The relation between Psychological empowerment and Organizational commitment are positivity. III. The relation between Organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviors are positivity. IV. Organizational commitment has effective effects on the relationship between Psychological empowerment and Organizational citizenship behaviors. According to all the conclusions above, this study offers the positive effect way for managers to advance their organizations. Implement psychological empowerment positively to raise the organizational commitment for staff, and improve the organization citizenship behaviors furtherly.
