Second, this paper investigates the differences of the teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership for learning among various backgrounds of kindergarten teachers. Finally, this paper explores the relationship the principals΄ leadership for learning and teacher’s professional commitment. The method used to conduct the research is questionnaire survey. The research uses a questionnaire named “Questionnaire of the Relationships between the Principals’ Leadership for Learning and Teachers’ professional commitment of kindergarten”. By used purposive sampling, 480 teachers were selected from different kindergartens in Taoyuan City to conduct the survey. The research data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The awareness of principals' leadership for learning and teacher’s professional commitment of kindergarten teachers in Taoyuan City was above average. 2.The background variables of kindergarten size and teaching seniority reached significant difference toward the principles' leadership for learning. 3.The perception of teacher’s professional commitment had distinctive facets within different seniority. 4.The leadership for learning and the teachers’ professional commitment reveals a significant positive correlation. 5.Preschool principal’s leadership for learning can definitely be used to predict the teacher’s professional commitment, and among all aspects, “focus on students’ learning outcomes” is the most important one.
