When we recruit employees, we should place their personability at the first priority. Finding the qualify employee in the beginning is crucial. Different workers have different background and personality. To improve the operation efficiency in a company, we need to consider overall benefits of the company and to think about how to improve interpersonal relationship and lower the confliction among the employees. For recruiting the suitable employees, managers can base on the information of curriculum vitae and adopt classic changes analysis over the recruiting process. In this study, I referred Chinese classic changes study and western magic number study and developed an efficient method for managers to analyze applicants’ personality. Based on this efficient method, managers can recruit suitable employees and create win-win consequence between business owners and employees. For verifying this method, I conducted the following procedures. First, I held a forum to business owners and marketing related managers not familiar with Chinese classic changes. Second, I held a forum to the audience familiar with Chinese classic changes. Third, all the participant must complete the questionnaire after the forum. Forth, I conducted the statistic analysis. The standard deviation for each topic on the questionnaire is less than 1. This result indicates that all the participants reach to the similar conscious. Finally, I conducted the reliability analysis. The Cronbach's α value is greater than 0.7. Based on the results, I conclude that this recruitment method with Chinese classic changes is effective and efficient.
