This study used a single questionnaire survey method for employees who were led by supervisors in their work. This study found that Paradoxical Leadership's facet, in addition to "implementing work requirements, but allowing subordinates to remain flexible" has a negative impact on leader-member exchange and intention to stay, "to treat the subordinates consistently, but at the same time allow for personalization, Combining egocentric and others (subordinate) centers has a positive impact on both leader-member exchange and intention to stay. Based on the results of this research, we have provided relevant suggestions on academic and practical implications. When managers can implement leadership through paradoxical leadership, they can increase their willingness to follow leaders and their responsibilities and missions. Sense, and when the quality of the leader-member exchange can be maintained, it will also increase the willingness of the unit members to stay in the organization.
