This study adopted an action research method, and the participant was a child with ASD in the researcher’s second grade class. The researcher applied Team-Game-Tournament in the mathematics curriculum which consists of four parts of cooperative learning and each session was recorded accordingly. In addition, a follow up interview was conducted with the people that interacted with the child with ASD. Data were collected from the classroom observation form, social skills rating scale, and the follow up interview to determine if the student’s social skills, as well as on peer acceptance, increase after the implementation of cooperative learning in the classroom. The results of the study as below: 1. The social skills of the child with ASD enhanced after the implementation of Cooperative Learning. 2. The peer acceptance of the child with ASD increased after the implementation of Cooperative Learning. 3. The teacher gained the professional knowledge and teaching skills through reflection during this action research.
