Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中科技大學 === 流通管理系碩士班 === 107 === Facing the aging society of the 21st century, related products and services of the seniors’ economy have emerged. The Industrial Technology Research Institute also pointed out that Taiwan’s commercial possibilities will reach NT$35,373.7 billion in 2025. It is obvious that the huge commercial possibilities driven by the senior-related industries cannot be ignored. In addition to shopping, the relative life and care of the seniors will be more and more problems. There are many aspects of their daily life that need to be taken care of and satisfied, and there are considerable commercial possibilities. With the growth of the aging population and the development of information technology, the seniors’ industry must create a business model that can meet the preferences and needs of the seniors. This study will explore the acceptance of the mobile service model by the seniors, the feasibility of using modern information technology to develop new pathways, and the use of the C-TAM-TPB to verify the acceptance of the mobile service model for the seniors. Data analysis and results present the so-called seniors’ needs and social issues for the care of the seniors. It is hoped that this study will provide relevant enterprises and government with an emphasis on the seniors’ commercial possibilities and services.
