In addition, the current study also explores the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the person-job fit, person-organization fit -outcome relationships. In order to enhance the generalizability of the research findings, the sample was composed of employees from various occupations and industries. Data was collected from 306 participants. The results of the findings showed that positive relationships between person-job fit, person-organization fit, and the job performance. In addition, person-job fit, person-organization fit negatively predicted turnover intension. Moreover, organizational citizenship behavior is the mediating effect of person-job fit, person-organization fit and job performance.
