How to improve the retention of employees through management is an important issue, Therefore, this study is mainly to explore the relationship between human resource management practice, person-job fit and intent to Stay. The research object is mainly sent to the manufacturing staff in Tainan City. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out, and 470 questionnaires were actually collected. The effective questionnaire was 428, and the effective recovery rate was 85.6%. The results are as follows: 1. Human resource management practice has a significant positive impact on the person-job fit. 2. Human resource management practice has a significant positive impact on the intent to stay. 3. Person-job fit has a significant positive impact on the intent to stay. 4. Person-job fit on human resource management practice-the mediating effect of intent to stay.
