With autonomous mobile robots in factories, it can increase the productivity and flexibility of the production line. In previous work in our lab, we proposed an Autonomous Intelligent Vehicles with robot(AIVBOT) with hub motors embedded in Mecanum wheels. This paper presents a mechatronic system for the AIVBOT application layer based on Robot Operating System, including the robot description, MoveIt! configuration package, the drivers for the manipulator and the lab-developed end effector, and Graphical User Interface for manipulator and end effector. Finally, the control system developed in this study was connected in series by the practical application case of the delivery cup.
