This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, and uses the self-made scale as a research tool. The research object is the teacher of the higher education department of the special education school. Take the way of sampling, a total of 160 questionnaires were sent out, 153 were collected, and 145 valid questionnaires were obtained. The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 96%, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 90%. After the questionnaire was collected, the data were analyzed and organized by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple regression. Based on the results of the data analysis, the following research conclusions were obtained: 1.The current situation of the class management strategy of the higher education department of the special education school is relatively high. 2.The current situation of the teaching effectiveness of teachers in higher vocational schools in special education schools is relatively high. 3.Teachers with different background variables have no significant differences in the current status of class management strategies. 4.Teachers with different background variables have no significant differences in the current state of teaching effectiveness. 5.The class management strategy and teaching effectiveness of the teachers in the higher vocational departments of special education schools have low and medium positive correlation of degrees. 6.The teacher class management strategy of the special education school has a moderate predictive power for teaching effectiveness.
