Background: This study examined the effects of Palm vitamin E (PVE) and alpha-tocopherol (alpha-TF) supplementations on adrenalin, noradrenalin, xanthine oxidase plus dehydrogenase (XO + XD) activities and gastric lesions in rats exposed to water-immersion restraint stress (WIRS).
