Bioconversion of apigenin-7-O-β-glucoside in aqueous two-phase system
The study is concerned with the conversion of apigenin-7-O-β-glucoside into apigenin in polyethylene glycol 6000 / dextran 20000 aqueous two-phase system by β-glucosidase.
